I got another rettie today. Tom is arguing that it is his rat. That is not true. Anyway, she’s hairless. At first she and other rat did not get along, as you can tell by the lovely gashes in her flesh. But now they’re cuddling. I think their permanent names will be Venus (hairless, as relating to Vince, also hairless) and Scout (because she kinda resembles Boo Radley almost.) Tom is making a bookshelf into a multi-level cage and it is going to look so cool. The worst thing about rats is that the cages look so out of place, but now it will just be part of the decor! I’m excited.
Pretty sure I had a dream about a shark.
That was talking.
And walking around on its fins like a human.
He wasn’t a bad guy.
I kind of liked him.
Tom and Sean are outside “fixing his car” but Tom is a teacher and Sean is a doctor so good luck figuring that out guys.
Here is my girl rat. I want to name her Lorelei but I keep calling her cookies. She is very scared right now :(
It’s been a crazy couple of days. This is Sullivan. My dad found him by his work in an industrial park. He is very friendly and only wearing a prong collar. We contacted all the appropriate agencies, and so far no owner has come forward. It’s been stressful because in the beginning he was very funny with our dogs. He’s been spending all day in the yard, and nighttime locked in a room. I tried reintroducing him today though, and so far he’s been fine with Wilson and Vince. I think Tom’s sister will be fostering him until we find his home/ a new home. Which is great. Because 5 dogs is a ton.
